What we collect, and what we don't.
Lovers & Mentors Inc. is a design studio in Ontario, Canada. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website. It is short because there is not much to explain.
The contact form
If you fill in the form on this site, we receive your name, email address, organization and message. It reaches us through Netlify, who host this site and process the submission on our behalf. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
We keep enquiries for as long as the working relationship or the conversation is live, and delete them when it isn't.
Analytics and tracking
We do not run analytics on this site. There are no advertising trackers, no third-party cookies, and no pixels.
Fonts and hosting
Typefaces are served by Adobe Fonts, and the site is hosted by Netlify. Both receive standard server request information — an IP address, a browser type, a timestamp — as any web host does when a page loads. Netlify keeps server logs under its own policy.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email hello@loversandmentors.com and we will do it. There is no process to go through.
Client work
Material a client shares with us stays confidential. We publish a case study only when the event has occurred and is public information and/or the client is happy for it to be published, and we keep the rest quiet. Some of the case studies shown are from our previous operating name.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
